Following the NSW Government requirements in relation to the COVID-19, there are certain measures introduced to protect both our staff and the public,
Public Hours
Public hours at our Macquarie and Northumberland sites will be 10am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Appointment Only
Prior appointment is a must for all clients requesting casework assistance from us. We encourage clients follow this rule to avoid any service delay.
There will be no drop in services at this stage unless the client is in desperate situation requiring immediate assistance, with evidence accepted by our workers
Access to Premises
Everyone entering ADSI offices must
- Register via QR code from their phones (provided information is securely stored and will only provided to government agencies upon request for contract tracing), and
- Have body temperature checked by our workers (access is denied if your body temperature is higher than 38), and
- Go through the screening process by answering a few questions.
Staying Safe
To safeguard our employees and the public, those that do not follow directions of the staff will be asked to leave the office. You can make appointment via

In line with the NSW Government's plan to lift certain restrictions introduced since the COVID-19 outbreak, office-based staff at Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) will be back to the office from Monday 01/06/2020. There are certain measures introduced to protect both our staff and the public, listed below.
Public Hours
Public hours at our Macquarie and Northumberland sites will be 10am-3pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Appointments

Screening
Everyone entering ADSI offices will be screened by being asked a few questions. This will need to be done at the time of in-person booking and on arrival to the appointment.
Group Activities
All group activities will be delivered online and our workers will be guiding attendants through the process.

There will be no drop in services at this stage unless the client is in desperate situation requiring immediate assistance, with evidence accepted by our workers.

Since Monday 06 April 2020, Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) has been delivering services remotely through different means of communication. Our offices will remain close until Monday 04/05/2020 or otherwise determined by the Management Team based on the evolution of COVID-19 outbreak.
Although most employees are working from home, they remain contactable via email or office phone numbers, and use technology based approaches to serve our communities. ADSI also has continuity staff based in the office for clients with urgent needs or in desperate situation.

From Monday 06 April 2020, Accessible Diversity Services Initiative Limited (ADSI) will be delivering services through different means of communication for 2 weeks ending Friday 17/04/2020, with future extension dependent on the evolution of COVID-19 outbreak.
